Robert Hek



Robert started his career as a Tax Inspector in 1988 with the Dutch Tax Authorities. In 1995 he went to the private sector and worked as a tax consultant in an accounting firm. In the year 2005, he started Paritax International Tax Advisors, an international tax consulting firm with currently offices in Cyprus and the Netherlands. Robert is director of the Paritax office in Cyprus.


In the year 2006 he set up the Dutch – Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, a foundation whose objective is the promotion and facilitation of economic relationships between Cyprus and the Netherlands. Robert is Chairman of this foundation.

In the year 2009, together with his current business partner, he set up the Rwanda Chamber Foundation. Robert is the Chairman of this foundation, marketing Rwanda for business investors and delivering services for new business.

Robert studied accounting at the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants and fiscal economics at the University of Tilbury (Netherlands). He has a Masters Degree in fiscal economics.
