Folkert Castelein
During his long career Folkert had functions and roles such as manager, trainer, advisor, entrepreneur. Knowledge experience in: unit management, didactics, business administration- & management, process- & performance improvement, business development, HRM & MD, eLearning (design, development & technology), strategy & change management, and ICT. I worked as a (program) manager in Europe, USA, and India in sectors such as government, industry, banking & assurance, IT industry.
After his studies in biology, geology, education, and business administration he has build his knowledge and experience working for an university, a highschool, Fokker Aircraft Industry (projectmanagement & logistics), Capgemini (IT & businessconsulting), Ernst & Young (eLearning & technology), Global Learning Institute (learning, software development, performance management).
Recently Folkert is active as a consultant in process improvement, ICT solutions, knowledge management and performance management, as an
account manager in off shore software development (India), and as a teacher at University NCOI at the bachelor, post-bachelor, and master level programs for adults.
He is a member of the board of the Rwanda Chamber Foundation, marketing Rwanda for business investors and delivering services for new business.
